We had a mix-up with our reservation and were put down as my first name/last, and the front staff was excellent in figuring it out. We also dealt with Booking.com and tried to cancel Friday night, as our daughter wasn't playing until Saturday afternoon, and they didn't let us. We called the hotel, and they were able to help us with that. The manager was excellent in dealing with all of this.

Good although pancake machine was down at 8:45 a.m. and 2 little ones were looking forward to pancakes and we also thought the buffet was open until 10:00 but they closed up at 9:40.

Early bird gets the worm, the food wasn't picked over if you got up early. If you came closer to breakfast being over the bread/bagels, and warm breakfast options were picked over.

Excellent pancakes and variety of food. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed at. Even had an outdoor patio for breakfast. Very modern lobby. Quiet, great location near Jordan Creek Mall and Giordono's Pizza.

Location great, room immaculate and spacious with everything we needed. Staff great. Maybe because we are British we found the breakfast a little disappointing - can't enjoy scone and gravy for breakfast at all. Sausages were tiny, omelettes were tasty. Coffee, juice etc all good.

Location was excellent Beds were comfortable Rooms were clean Quiet at night Staff was friendly Parking spots available even late at night Breakfast was good - supplies limited the last day we were there

Breakfast was reasonable. The location was appropriate for our needs. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Clean, staff was superior especially front desk- male , can’t remember name- helped me w thermostat- awesome service from him later w any questions! Mad I can’t remember name
